There so ridicoulously expensive that they are pricing writers out the market, I made the descision to become self published off my own back, not because I was regected but because I had an appaling experience with “preditors”. luckily with the help of a writing community I managed to pull out before it was too later. I am at the present looking somewhere else, to self publish, however lulu seems the easiest options, I feel sad that I have to charge my readers 2 pounds more then I wanted to so I could @ least get £1.00 revenue, so I am asking readers to buy from Amazon instead 
I am going to look at other places other the next few days, think about my options.
